In my previous job I've had monthly trainings at the training center of restaurant branch. Also I have 3 year experience in this field and I always try keep upgrading my skills. In my opinion working in a group has many advantages. Each member of a group complement one another. When I work in a team I feel support of my colleagues also I support them. As Russians say Team work has importance as you can always blame others. It was a joke))
