There are two needs for ageing population in my country.
First, it is necessary to make a society to help aged people. To be more precise:
a) There gives the chance to be rehired for people who are eager to continue to work in spite of having reached the retirement age. If they can earn their own money by working, welfare costs and medical costs will not be raised.
b) It is to give such people living in rural areas a comfortable environment to live. For example, there is useful transportation, shops or shopping mall to access easily and a hospital nearby their house.
c) It is to increase companies where young people can work in the countryside. The elderly and young are coexistent, then both of them produce mutual effect and can stimulate around the aria.
Second, it is to make a society which is comfortable for young parents to have their own children. The cost of raising a child is inevitable in family expense. The government should support it or take a measure to get the economy righted again so that many company can rise the wages for employee including young couples.
In either case, measures of government are indispensable. If the government make a decision to raise the consumption tax rate, it must be used for such aging problem instead of using to recover my country's huge debt.
