I became involved with the creation of the clothe's brand and working directly with the customers; this gave me the opportunity to set strategies to increase the sales. Also, in this job I improved my skill to persuade clients, anticipate and handle objections.

I worked in the sales outlets, providing excellent shopping environment to customers, guiding and recommending clothes to customers, keeping the store organized and clean, and monitoring changing rooms. Moreover, I assisted in taking clothing stock from the factory to the stores. Besides that, I worked directly with suppliers, seeking for the best materials and prices for the manufacture area.
