Many countries in the world each have the leader, and the leaders were respectively elected for the reasons that the nationals thought it is reasonable for them.

Many kind of reasons are there. For example, "strong against enemies", "young and radical", "no choice except him or her" or etc. But, if they are extremely strong or they do the best, they will lose their positions when they lost their confidences in the societies.

I think the most important basis of a country is a trust, and the trust is only made by "time", not done by strength or radical. If a country's leader has changed many times in a short time, would other countries trust the country? Needless to say, No.

As well as around us, time brings us family bond, friends, and trusts among many people that are around us, and these bring us priceless benefit. Perhaps, the benefit could prevent arguments, battles or even wars between countries.

Viewed in this light, time is necessary to grow a trustablecountry's leader, so I think the leader should be long standing. Unfortunately, my country, Japan has changed its leader many, many times in a short time all along of absurd reasons.
