Last week Friday at 8:30 in morning, Huanqin sent me a phone message, she asked me if I would like to go that little park which beside my apartment complex. But at that moment I neither heared or saw her message. Till it was 10:30 am I found her message and called her phone at once.

          She waited for me for a while as I arrived the park’s gate. I said to her:“ I am so sorry I didn’t see your message”, she kept saying:“ never mind.” Both of us went into the park and went up to a knoll sitting on a long bench under a wooden corridor.

           She took a pocket Bible story book and a pocket Bible knowledge book from a bag and I took my big book The Bible from my big bag. She began to teach me about the knowledge of The Bible. She spoke mandarin very slow but properly. I was curious why white people have a white skin with blue eyes. I really wanted to take more look at her beautiful eyes, but I dared not. I opened The Bible and asked her my doubt: After some sentence were translated from English into Chinese that their meaning was definitely opposite. Why? If I misunderstood the English? She checked the sentence and affirmed that I did not misunderstand the English. So, there are some sentence in Chinese in The Bible would really make Chinese reader confused.

           As we went on the way back home, I began to speak English to her and she was very patient. But it is a pity I just can speak a little Engish.
