I´ve just watched the film: The Lobster by Yorgos Lanthimos. 
It´s been a while since the last time I watched this kind of movie, i.e. Not a conventional one, in which the director signature is present during the entire movie, in every scene. 
It´s clear that the film deals with the solitude, love and relationships as main topics, but with a humor touch that helps us not to disconnect in some parts of the film... 
In my humble opinion, the movie going from more to less until it becames in a boring relate... maybe the Lanthimos did it on purpose as a metaphora of the relationships..
