Glenn Greenwald criticized US journalists and major media held biased views on the recently occurred destruction in Gaza and Israel. He condemned the media's nonchalant attitude towards damage caused to civilians in Gaza by Israel army and said it can only be a result of weighing the lives of citizens in Israel more than those in Gaza.

I am really astonished when I read this piece of article. I never realize media censorship would be a problem in the US, a country values freedom more than anything else. True, some readers may claim not ALL press media fail to tell the truth, the overwhelming number (about 1,600, 80% being citizens) of Palestinian dead versus a two digit deaths on the Israeli side, Yet, if a large proportion of the media which control the majority of coverage is not reporting the incident fairly, it is safe to assume the biased view is passed along, force feed to the general public.

I certainly hope that Glenn's words can serve as a wake up call for both the press media and the public.
