I am going to talking you about one of the most important authors from my city, Valladolid (España) Miguel Delibes (17 October 1920 – 12 March 2010)
He was journalist and novelist. He was a well knower of rural and natural world and he wrote about them. Several of his works has been made into films. For example, "Los Santos Inocentes" one of his most famous novels.
The last I have read of him is "El hereje". It is about the protestant people in the catholic Spain of Carlos V. It is worth to read it.
