I played an volunteer role to join a wonderful World Wine Food Fest at Jingan Kerry Centre on Oct.1st, 2014.

I acted a shop assistant for a desserts shop, Miss Ma, which is under Dashuwujie brand and specialize in selling all kinds of desserts, vegetable-coloring cakes and macaroons are their speciality. 

You may be ask why give the name "Miss Ma". It's an interesting story. The reasons are both, one of them is for Macaroons, anther reason is the surname of pastry chef is Ma. So it is called Miss Ma.

Miss Ma is difference from other dessert shops. Their desserts-color is extracted from natural color instead of artificial coloring. The color is extracted from vegetable, such as spinachs, carrots, beetroot. So the desserts are very safety.

I liked the c ake rolls with beetroot. Not only the color is very beautiful, but also there are some white hyacinth beans and ginseng fruit.

Miss Ma has some flavored macaroons which are spinach, beetroot, coffee, chocolate, peanuts, purple cabbage,chili and longan, passion fruit etc. Chili-flavored macaroon is a unique flavor which almonds and lemon cream are into it.e 

I ate several World food at taste testing activities when I was on available.  There are some people visited it.

This is my first time to play an volunteer role to act a shop assistant. I study more somthings I don't know before. It let me know that it's not an easy thing from introduce product to accept it and is bought by customer.
