last week, I have a very unexpected flight experience.and this is the first time to take a plane abroad by myself.the ticket is an e-ticket from  Nuremberg airport to Milano,I never used e-ticket,it takes me a long time to figure out how e-ticket work.

I went to airport early,after waiting 2 hours on the gate,I was informed the flight is delayed.30 minutes later,we began to check boarding pass.suddenly,the broadcast said my flight was cancelled for mechanical reason.
