I am very enthusiasm to narrate an essay, but always fail in the begining itself. When I was in childhood, like to play all type of game such as cricket,football, kabadi,etc.. especially cricket is my favorite game. Other than playing games, is watching movie,hearing songs. In case of education, am the average student. 

In my college days is the joyful and enjoyable days. Still I remember that day thrill in college semester holidays. There is a summer class started in semester holiday, Mine and friend attended that class. For staying, we are using hostel. On that day evening, after the class we went to hostel room, main gate was closed. But all our things are inside the room. We were wait outside for 4 hours, then planned to get into hostel room by back side water pipe of the building. I was very lean at that time, so i climbed very easily but my friend was some what big guy than me. Once he climbed at the middle of pipe, he got shavering and came back to the ground. Then I took all things of mine and friend as well. On that day night, we stayed in one of mine friends house. That was very amazing and thrilling I felt. 

After my college, struggle lot to get the job. Once I got the job, then surviving its again a big deal. Actually am a hard worker, only lagging is communication. I don't know the important of communication, I won't project my work to my manager. because of that, always affect my rating and indirectly affect my growth. I was very fear to send mail to people because of my bad communication. Thus, am trying to improve my skills in communication, this is good platform to improve my skills. And also provide your suggestion, so that it helps to improve communication. Thank you.
