My job responsibilities include:

- mentoring trainees: including lectures, quick fixing of problems, stimulating of productivity, instill best practices in arhitecture & clear code;

- reviewing code & testing application: finding bugs and potentionaly trouble code, detection failure in arhitecture and design paterns;

- interviewing: introductory interview and assessment skills of applicants, intermediate interviews and identification of problems in the assimilation of the curriculum, final interview and preparation of trainees to production interviews;

- update and evolve the curriculum: searching and adoptation of materials for the new versions of the technologies, development of training materials, practice tasks and theory tests on different technologies and tools;

- the maintenance of the working environment & manading adjacent problems of trainees.
