I am preparing myself for an interview job next month, so I include these common and important questions in interviews and I hope somebody can help me to correct and give me some ideas.

what are your weeknesses?  Well I'm graphic designer and computer, I have a good skills in computers, I am pretty passionate about my job, I'm organized: I always keep the place neat and tidy, I self-motivated in the sense that when I fail to do sth I do my best next time, I'm persistent in what I do.

What are your weaknesses? one of my weeknesses is when I prefer to be working or studying rather than being with my friends and hang up with them, I am pretty/too tolerant when people treat me badly or when people unsult me and I don't even take it personal I just try to be relaxed in those situations. I know that I don't have any experience working in a call center, but I have the traits to be a call center agent if you think I need to take a training I am willling to take it on.
