In this period, the cafeteria of company-owned building is very crowded during the lunch hour because new employees are gathered at one place and they take about 1 month of training. They look like very cheerful and having many dreams for their future jobs. I (maybe mid level employee) often have gotten cheered up by them ;)

この時期、昼食時に会社の食堂は大変混雑します。なぜなら新入社員が一箇所に集められ、彼または彼女らは約１ヶ月の研修を受けるからです。彼らは大変生き生きとしていて、将来の仕事に多くの夢を持っているように見えます。私（もしかすると中堅社員かもしれません）は、しばしば彼らから元気をもらいます (^^)/
