It's great to be healthy, when ou are health you are more happy, that's very easy if you follow this tips. First, you must to eat a variety food, this must to incluye vegetables, fruit, cereal and proteins, too is important cut calories and if you think to lost weith, you will visit the dietician. Absolutely don't smoke.

Also, you would work out two or three days in week, your body burns calories what you get on to eat. Don't forget your mind, it is important never stop to learn, this is the exercies for it.

It is important too, to have a good hygiene, oral and basic. You need to brush your teeth and gums every days.(Remember without teeth you don't chew). If you are clean you will feel happy, you smell nice. Every day you have a shower or bath , you are useing shampoo and shower gel.
