With creativity, I like to transform an ordinary thing into an extraordinary idea. Also, I am welling to create new ideas that prove useful, and take action immediately. For example, as an inhouse consultant, I like to think out of the box and extend the existing teaching material to a further usage, which makes my conversation with the clients more interesting. Always taking the initiative to find out the blind spot and coming up with the solutions, I not only can lead my team to set up a refreshing plan, but also fulfill it and maximize the benefit.To the goals that I want to fulfill, although at first I am not good enough to make it work, I still seek for the improvements and solutions proactively. For instance, although there isn’t any digital marking course in my college, I enrolled the opening secession of Iillinois on Coursera and learned what I want .I won’t let the existing environment limits me; instead, I create my own opportunity. I have great passion to the things I get involved, and I am welling to inspire others with my thirst of excellence. I listen well instead of reacting fast. I think it is more important to get a better understanding by doing so. In XXX, communicating with my clients is my major work. In school, how to organize a great team, listen to their opinions and analyze the practicability of a project are essential. Most important of all, I have great responsibility, which makes me a person of self-discipline. Finishing a job is not my only goal, but makes it work as well as it get.
