Hi English speakers!

I am going to do an exam in about three months and part of it consists on writing two essays, letters or reports taking into account the information given. I would be eternally grateful if any of you corrects this for me, the information given is as follows:

"Write your answer in 220-260 words in an appropriate style. 

A college which you attended in the past has written to you asking to what extent its facilities met the needs of the students academically and socially. 
Write a letter to the college answering these questions. Suggest areas where the college could improve facilities."

Now this would be my response to the letter:

Dear Sir or Madame,

First of all, I find it a great idea to take into account former students' opinions on the college facilities to improve the campus. Education excellence is something that we all must strive for, and giving the students the advantages of a good environment should make them be more determined to face their studies as resolutely as possible.

I would like to mention my experiencies regarding the college library, the cafeteria, the sport facilities, the dormitories and the classrooms. Starting with the college library, I should say that its catalogue is immense and met all my needs while I was there. However, I found the library to be very loud at times, there used to be a group of boys who seemingly believed the library to be a place to pull girls, so they would buzz around the tables making compliments to the female pupils and everyone got sick of them. I would recommend the use of library employees to make sure this will not happen again.

Regarding the cafeteria and the sport facilities, I found them quite impressive the first time I walked into them. I have no complaint against them, other than the amount of money from our students' tuition fees that was invested in places of barely no use for me. Respecting the dormitories, I am afraid to inform you that they were a massive mess. I got quite a lot electrical current shocks, the plumbing was horrible and water leaked from it up the ceiling, the security was to laugh at as my room got several break-ins, even the matresses were so old that I and most of my friends ended up with backache. You need to sort out all these problems, it is an issue of insalubrity and insecurity very urgent.

Finally, I could tell that the classrooms had been under construction renovations in the previous years I joined the college. The seats were very new and comfortable, the digital board was second-to-none and the wooden floor combined with the ancient ceiling created a peaceful relaxing area where anyone could feel ready for the lectures.
