Who nevers promissed something or, at least, tried to keep a secret? I need to say that is not easy to keep up a oath, especially when you know that something is been wrong. But, as long as you getting older, it seems that this conflict don't bother you so hard as before. It seems that you get an endurece abou thata or, simply, get used about that, as a thing that you have to deal with through your life. Sometimes a think it is a kind of conundrum. A wit person know how to face your own conflicts, but how to get this wisdow? I think there are two big ways for that: (i)look for an advice with a eldery person; or (ii) live a life full of wealth experiences and become an eldery and wisdow person. Of course, the first solution is easier. Like said Napoleon: "it's easier to learn from the other's mistakes". Instead that, sometimes it's hard to ask an advice. In some cases, it's seems that you are crawling, but i try to not be grim to myself. One exercise that i like to do is go to a ridge near of my house, climb to the top, an try to think of my own life and the challenges that my soul need to deal with.
