A brief description of the spanish word arreglo. The verb related is arreglar.
Arreglo has several meaning in spanish according to the context it is used.
The most common meaning is repairing. .. Ex.: El arreglo de auto cuesta $200 means that you have to spend $200 to repair the car… It’s $200 to mend the car.

Also it means to reach an accordance or a deal. Juan y Pedro arreglaron la venta de la empresa . It means that Juan y Pedro reached an agreement to sale  the company.

Colloquially, it means to flirt. Juan y María se arreglaron means that Juan becames Maria's boyfriend.

It may refer to a conciliación, by instance, in a trial.  

Talking about statistics, it may refer to a sorted data arrangement. Often it is called simply “arreglo”, but also can be found it as “arreglo ordenado”.

AIt also refers to a  decoration made with flower or a flower arrangement. In this case we say arreglo floral

We also say “arreglo musical” when we refer to changes on a musical piece, either about its rhythm,  tonal changes, ecc. Actually I do not know how to say it in English. I guess, it’s “musical arrangement”, because you can’t fix a music piece because the verb “to fix”  I think it’s related with the verb “to repair”. By definition the music can’t be out of order because it’s art.
