Nowadays, I make a menu of Japanese Tapas (that is Izakaya) in English, and I have a one thing to ask to foreigners. I heard that foreigners do not know the existence of Otoshi, which is Japanese additional  small charge, and then they are surprised at it when accounting because they do not know Otoshi, or they are reluctant to enter to the tapas if they know that the tapas serves Otoshi. If you were me, how would you write about the existence of Otoshi in the menu for foreigners in order them to use the tapas?
