Today, I'm going to talk to you about how to make a traditional Spanish drink called "sangria". There's a lot of recipes and all them are equally delicious but I've selected one I often use to do.
The base of sangria is red wine and chopped fruits and some ingredients as sugar and cinnamon. The sangria must to be leave in the fridge for several hours, overnight is even better so the fruit will marinate in the wine. The sangria must to be served very cold. I recommend to use a medium quality red wine instead of cheap one to avoid a hangover. Sangria is a refreshing summer beverage that spanish people usually drink in the parties and in the meals.
The kitchen tools and ingredients you will need are the next:

- Large bowl or water jug - 1 litre of red wine
- Long spoon - 4 peaches
- Soup spoon - 2 oranges
- Dessert spoon - 4 soup spoon of Sugar
- medium size knife - Cinnamon powder
- Plain juicer - 1 Lemmon
- Ice
Preparation
1.- Put the wine in the water jug
2.- Squeeze oranges and put the juice into the water jug.
3.- Peel and pit the peaches then Cut them into about 1-2 inches dices and mixing with the wine and orange juice.
4.-Add the sugar
5.- Add the cinnamon
6.- Mix well to dissolve the sugar. Chill overnight. Add ice and decorate with two slice of lemmon just before serving.
