Since a few years now, vampires seem to have turned from frightening creatures of darkness into modern holders of romance and bravery. In fact, teenagers from around the world would easily fall in love just after their first bite but would it be really recommendable to date a vampire?

First of all one should consider that no lovers but vampires can assure their partners that their love would be forever. Moreover, who could challenge a lover with centuries of bedroom experience? Actually, not only are they known for being mysterious and passionate but they are even immune to all venereal diseases! That is to say, vampires are the best and the safest bargain! Besides,  few would be disappointed because they are used to staying out late or don't enter into arguments about religion. You would no longer care about your skin tan or worry what color clothes to wear, after all, black and white go perfectly with everything. And last but not least, you would forget your ex's garlic breath.

On the other hand, you could fall totally under their hypnotic control and act against your will. For instance, you could find yourself watching “The vampire strikes back” again and again or singing to death the Queen's hit "Another one bites the dust" . Furthermore, having your blood checked daily could certainly help to keep you wealthy but it would definitely make you feel terribly tired. And obviously, being invited by your parents in law to take part in a family lunch would make you feel more nervous than usual. Should that not be enough, you should ask yourself if you would give up those romantic sunsets and those whole mornings spent cuddling in bed.

To sum up, dating a vampire could be a very exciting experience as well as a complete pain in the neck.
