It's hard to create a topic to write about at the same time you have to write. As I know practice makes perfect, and use it or lost it. It's all about an exam after a few monthes need to be done perfectly. I think this paragraph like a person stand alone and doesn't know what's his own name. He can't communicate with others and no one can help him. What language does he speak and the interesting topics should be discussed. That person should say in general some personal interests that break the ice and keep it open.
