In my country is typical the "bar de tapas" which you can taste Mediterranean food.In this sort of food the cook uses ingredients as olive oil, verdures,fishs, meat and vegetables.

I think that although the Spanish can find food of other country due to the immigration the Mediterranean food is the most popular in Spain.

I suppose that the spanish cooking is very importat in all the world. there are some chefs very good for example Ferra Adrian. In my country there are many cooking shows in t.w that have much audience, one of them is called " Master chef".In that progam some kinds competefor the prize which is a cooking course.I think the cooking will be always very important in Spain because the spanish love eating good food.
