I have a problem: the last weekend I had a tonsilitis and I went to the hospital, where the doctor inject me. I felt better and I kept my routine. However, yesterday I began to feel ill again and today I went to another doctor who tells me that my tonsilitis get worse.
Here I send you the medical certificate together with the prescription. I'm really sorry and I hope next week you can go to supervise me.
