The U.S. Open Championship is one of the four majour international tennis tournaments.

The venue is Flushing Meadows–Corona Park of the U.S.A. and the tournament takes place from the last Monday of August for two weeks.

This is the biggest championship in terms of audience size and prize money.

The event is hosted and runned by the United Stets Tennis Association.
