The advantage of mini-retirements is that an employee can utilize the long period. The employee has chances to try something not to do during short vacations. For example, regarding travel people can visit a father and more place. They can enjoy the travel slowly in the once. Another example, about an education, people can more focus on what they learn without tiredness and stress from their work. In addition, it is possible to go to school in daytime and go study abroad.

   However, the disadvantage of mini-retirements is that actually an employee doesn’t have regular vacation until next mini-retirements come. If they can endure it, that is good. But I think it is not easy to maintain motivation and good performance for work without regular leisure to refresh themselves.
