I am a new user of Skype. I have added some people on Skype and some of them seem to have approved my request to be a contact of them (the question mark beside the portrait has changed into a green tick). And what shall I do next? Shall I just click the video-camara button or the telephone button to start a talk with them? Or shall I make an appointment with them first (if so, where can this be conducted?)? Please give me some instructions. Thank you!
