As a recruitment specialist, i have almost 7 years recruiting experiences in multinational company. But now one working problem trouble me in this period. I met a weird HR Manager, she always asked some professional questions when she interviewed for other department candidates. It's not focus on HR aspect concerned but in professional field. Many candidates didn't think she is an expert. They didn't like to discuss the professional topic with whose who pretend to know.  it's usually that after her interview, some good candidates give up our opportunity. so i'm comfuse what should i do next. how can i control this and make the right candidate to required department. welcome to give me your suggestion. thanks in advance.
