I have watched a video about good habits for life. One of those habits was to write. I love to write, but I never write for me. I write for my study. I write essays and, lastly, my Masters' degree thesis. I like writing those texts, but it would be wonderful if I could write for me. On the other hand, I would like to write well in English. So, I will take advantage of this opportunity and I will write for me in English [Here I use the preposition "for" not to indicate the recipient of my text, but refering that activity as a direct benefit for me]. There is a problem with this practice. I find very difficult to write without reading. When I do that, I feel as if I was writing empty wordsand that makes me feel bad about myself. I had thought as a solution reading interesting texts and writing my thoughts about them. I believe it is a good idea, as long as I don't find myself writing academic text here. The other choice is to write about my experiences. Then my text will always be as original as my own experiences.
