Hello Bill,

I would like to thank you for letting me be part of your amazing job. I always think I would have done the same if I hadn’t started engineering degree.

First of all, with only an overall review, the chapter is quite gripping: all the detailed information you’ve put is impressive, above all knowing that you’ve never been to Madrid. The description of the Prado Museum and the Retiro Park shows the main characteristics of this places to be considered when visiting them. However, all the flatteries describing our public transport are maybe a little bit exaggerated.

Unfortunately, only the people who live in the city centre are allowed to drive and park here. If you pretend to go into this part of the city, it is sure you will get a fine!

As far as the timetable for the museums is concerned, it is the usual for this sort of places. You can visit them from 9 in the morning to 6 in the evening.

From my point of view, I would add more information about nightlife: as you know, Madrid is one of the usual places chosen by undergraduates to start their degree. Therefore, night pubs are frequently full of young people, trying to have a good time after long daily lessons. The most common zones for this purpose are “Moncloa” and “Tribunal”. You can search for more information on the Internet.

I hope I’ve been of help for you. Let me know if you need more information.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Jesús.
