These days I tried to cook aglio e olio peperoncino a couple of times which is one of pasta dishes. The reason why I begun to do it is that one of my friends has grown a chili pepper in her garden, and she gave me it. Peperoncino is one of my favorite. however,  I is not easier to cook well than I expected before. If I miss the timing of heating garlic on a frying pan, it got burned and its smell leaves in an oil on the pan. As the result, it is not tasty.

Tatami corresponded with authority in Nara era and after Edo era, popularized among people as a key material in house because it suited with Japanese clime. Recently. the houses were changed Japanese style to Eastern style and the number of tatami was getting reduce but it has a power such as air cleaner therefore the people who want to intake are getting increased. 

In last sunday I went to climbing hall. It's for the first time after a long break. I found that I lost my skills and now I can climbing on the wall only 6b category difficulty

Smartphones. A great invention?

Many people today don't just have a mobile phone, they have a smartphone like an iPhone or a BlackBerry. But is it a great invention? I think there are both advantages and disadvantages.

Hi there! We're two spanish guys who would like to work in your hostel during next July. I'm studying Engineering and my friend is studying to be a teacher. We are both 25 years old. We have some experience on volunteering, last year we had worked in UK for 4 months and now we are seeking to find a place in US. We have experience working as waitresses and also cooking (under profesional cook orders). We both speak fluent English and I do also speak French.

There are fewer and fewer employment opportunities for graduates entering the job market and this will have serious implications for higher education. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
