I wasn't quite sure what the meaning of speak up. Actually, I knew that only for speaking loudly. There have another that is speaking openly and without fear. I think I can use them situation like when I want to hear from someone who I want to get more informations but who don't really talk to much. I think I can use them if it isn't public situation.

Beef bowl is Japanese daily food.

It has enough neutrition to eat with salad, egg and miso-soup.

Though it's reasonable price.

So, Japanese loves beef bowl, and fans eat several times a week !

But, recently its price dramatically increased due to weakened yen.
