i have a question, in "Non-defining relative clauses", ¿the extra informacion always goes in the middle separated by commas?

The saying that the millenium is the era of internet is the cliche I just couldn't agree more. Nowadays, for everything we stumble upon, we couldn't help but look it up on the internet for reviews and insights. However, to say the invention of internet has turned the world upside down and that it has made an unprecedented breakthrough on the sharing and communication of information would be synomnumous of saying one's mother is female.

Today, I decide that I will go to US and other south american countrys next summer.

I have no money,

I have no skill,

What I have is only a few knowledge of English....

So what ?

I decided yet.
