The existence of the human being

Human questioning always goes beyond what is known, for this reason, what is known and asking itself continue and will continue to be questionable. In the horizon of this question the singular emerges, which is about the Sacred. This concept, idea or reality, remains on the other side inaccessible to our epistemic structure, therefore it remains unknowable. However, the language, the word, tries to penetrate what we do not know by naming it, knowing in advance that, possibly, the same language will limit and obstruct it.

Saturday, June14 2020 - A Hiking Tour in Wulai

Yesterday we joined a guided hiking tour in Wulai, which is a small town in New Taipei City and famous for its hot springs and aboriginal culture. I have been to Wulai for several times, but I never really liked it because of the messy street view and ugly shop signs. However, this time we went farther into the mountainous area, and I found the scenery is beautiful. The hiking trail was built alongside the stream, so we can hear the sound of the flowing water during the whole trip.
