Since August 2019, I started at table tennis's club because it sport is more than a funny moment to spend my time, is a discipline way for through trainning and tactics you will get the best skills in front of a challenge-match. There for, you could get a healthy body through workout every day and keep fit. But since COVID-19 I couldn't practice anymore, that is frustrating.

When I have a day off, I almost spend half a day just relax and to what I would like to do.

Maybe I should decide what to do in advance, and spend a productive day, but it's hard.

If only I can feel relaxed and charge the energy for the next, it will be all good?

I lived in America, but I came back to Japan on March with my children.

Because my son’s school is closed.

Now my son studies by online.

It was great that the US government worked quickly to the remote education of children.
