Nowadays a diploma degree loses its significant point in a getting a satisfied job. Although some support the idea that completing an institution of higher education is the best way to find a job, others, however, myself included, do not support this statement. They reckon that a having more experience and soft skill will play a vital role on the job hunting. I will examine both views and explain why I agree that the former opinion is not that good as it may seem.

In the last time is easier to watch whatever movie, if you want to watch a the new movie only must look at the internet, thirty years ago if you watch a movie was necessary to have a VHS reader, ten years after was necessary a CD reader, in from the beginning all new devices were much expensive but now both are old things.

In my house, my church family are worshiping to God, we are singing songs him. I think that God is joys when his sons are together. For younger people that mean what they did in their work that, he said that, social very important placements when they were students. However, in addition — — that, he said that social awareness and communication skills were key qualities. Without both of — —  very important qualities, people will find it hard to become leaders in most companies nowadays. 

Working with a micromanager

Some people have to work under micromanagers. Micromanagers are managers who point out and then strongly criticize even  —1—  slightest errors that employees make in their work. Employees must work in exactly the way the manager wants them to. 

I have been learning English for 6 years, all my live if I count my time at school or university where i only cared about pass the exams. Even I have been improving i still don't feel confident speaking in English and i am so envious where some of my friends speak it fluently with any effort.

i am concious i have no much time to study and it's difficult obtein more vocabulary and new formulas only reading or watching V.O.series. Anyway i will keep trying
