In order to participate in new product trainigs,I went to Manila for 5 days on Business trip.

I had a great time for taking an interestaing lessons,walking around the city and eating local foods.

I imagined that Philipine is dangerous country. However, I changed my mind.

Although I saw some trash on the street, overall, the city was clean and all Philipino people were kind to me.

Nowadays, creativity is something very important because it helps people to be happier. A lot of schools in Spain are changing the way they teach children. Now they try that children are more curious and they try to resolve problems for themselves instead of they teach to resolve the problems. Besides that, companies are looking new employers who can put in new ideas. And they organize courses for the old employers trying that they are able to be more creative.

Whenever I have to decide about some issue I like to write down the advantages and disatvantages of it. When I finish writing down all of it, I crumple up the sheet of paper and go for the first idea came to my mind.
