My favorite foods are vegetables and fruits. It's so delicious to eat them. But sometimes I eat foods with easily digested carbohydrates. Before now I ate rissoles, steaks, and drumsticks with fried potatoes. I know that is every meal must to be no less than 30 gram of animal proteins or glutens. That is why I stopped eat greasy food like as burgers with fried potatoes and coca cola, meatballs, sausages, fried meat, hot dogs and others.
Daily I eat five or six times. It's too hard seeing after personal nutrition, which was given by dieting expert.
