During my last months working at Zuoz Pharma as a sales representative, we got a new boss because our old boss was leveraged to national sales manager. He started his new duties by going out a lot with all of the senior sales representatives, including me. So one day I’m visiting a Hospital because we had a target of 10 hospital doctors 3 times per week, so he visited the hospital with me. I took a little bit more time to hit my daily target, so we had to run fast to my assigned zone to reach the daily target of 10 private doctors and 3 pharmacies. So he asked me if I wouldn’t consider that I was taking too long visiting hospitals, I smiled and said I have more than 4 years committed to hitting my daily targets requested, and despite
Hospitals aren't in my assigned zone, they are places of reference where are generated 80% of the prescriptions so I’m willing to expect that are of my products because I’m there each month. It’s my input as part of a big team. After I answered like that he didn’t replay anything and I felt that it was not really helping me to improve, because that day I also noticed that the doctors knew me more than him, which was disappointing because the hospital was located in what was his assigned zone.

When I was pretty new at my job in the instrumental analysis industry at Ctg21 my boss and the technician sold an instrument, a microwave, for
digestion, solid-liquid extraction, and protein hydrolysis in a governmental institution. The instrument came with missing parts that the technician didn’t order because he didn’t know and didn’t ask for help from Latam Manager, so the client was already a little bit not pleased with the situation, and the parts had to be ordered after and wait more time to do the installation and training. When the technician did the installation and I was doing the training, the manager of the lab thought that with the instrument she could do liquid-liquid extraction but I clarified that the truth was that she didn’t need to buy such an expensive instrument to do that. She got very angry and yelled at me complaining about all the situation with the instrument, first
was the missing parts and now this. I listened to her quietly and when she finished I told her that I apologize on behave of the company, I tried to empathize with her saying that I regretted not being at the company to clarify this before. She just needed a vigorous agitation for liquid-liquid
extraction but she must feel happy for getting the best deal in solid-liquid extraction, in terms of percentage of recuperation and less use of solvent.

Since I was kid, I feel passion for discovering new things, learning how to fix my own things, listening to others and do things on my own and make my own conclusions. I’ve been always a curious person that like to research when I didn’t know about something. For that reason I always liked to do things with my hand, like making jewelry or drawing. However sin internet appeared and so youtube, netflix I changed my hobbies to watch series, movies and videos about doing things that I want to learn or reviews about products or things that I want to understand.

All my scholar years, I studied it in the same school. I started when I was 4 years old in pre-kinder and got graduated at 17 years old there. I had a very stable catholic education at school and so at home with two loving parents. In the beginning, I honestly didn’t know what I was going to study after finishing high school until I realized how good I was at chemistry, physics, and mathematics. So I decided to study chemical engineering at Unimet. After I finished high school, I traveled alone to Atlanta, Giorgia to improve my English for two and half months of the vacation before starting University. That experience improved my English and taught me to be more mature and responsible. When I finished my major in chemical engineering, next year I traveled to Brisbane, Australia for 6 months to keep improving my English, which I successfully did because I started at the intermediate level, passed to upper-intermediate and finished my last week at the advanced level.

I had two of my goals in life accomplished and my third goal was for my master's degree in the UCV, that I was doing while I was unemployed. Sadly I couldn’t finish it because the opportunity was with PDVSA Intevep by that time, and they were not accepting students that signed against the government. After a long journey working in 2020, I talked to professors and I was about to start again at the University to finish my thesis but then the pandemia came and postponed my plans which I’m hoping to retake soon.

Cuando recién llegué aquí nadie me ha dicho nunca que tenemos medio día libre en una semana desde hace más de medio año, después a fines del 2021 el direxctor de la empresa  me dijo que tenemos medio  día libre (de hecho alguna personas se toman un dia libre), y justo ayer nos han dicho que tenemos un día libre cada semana durante la reunión semanal.
Ayer, después de terminar de traducir el informe diario después del final de la reunión semanal, Vi los momentos de un compañeros de trabaja llenos de hermosas fotos de flores tomadas dentro de nuestra fábrica, asi que sali rápidamente para ver las flores en vivo. Estas son las flores que vi alrededor del helipuerto.

None of sports make me feel exciting by watching on TV. First, I rarely watch TV no wonder about other programmes. Second, I am a doer, that is I enjoy the excitment while doing the sport.

 In some countries, citizens have the right of getting free education and health care services. This availability will make unbalance the governments’ budgets. However; the limitation on who can afford will deprive the poor population of being healthy and well-educated. I believe authorities can make proper policies of having equal distribution of the access to these services. Therefore; the majority of the world will apply social justice.

Middle and low – income communities usually have a problem providing their inhabitants with a balanced qualified -education and health care. The main reason is the error between the population and resources. That’s why, free education is not a guarantee of its quality, and so many people immigrate to developed communities to earn qualified certificates in their fields. In addition, the disability of many governmental hospitals to provide qualified care to patients during the pandemic, as a result of many people passing away. In the majority of cases, affordable services are hard to be recouping.

Each human being has the right to get proper learning and satisfactory medical facilities, although it is hard, developed states had applied successful policies to apply it. For example, the United Kingdom adds the health insurance cost to the taxes, Nevertheless, The free education until high - school and the available scholarships to whom can’t pay for university.

A sane mind and a healthy body should be a preserved right for everyone but it needs wise planning. Unaffordable basic needs initiations will be odd for the majority of people, on the other hand; providing all populations equally cannot be less than inapplicable. To face this impossibility, different regions should take advantage of their resources properly to have the capability of giving their citizens freely.

my father is a work man and very nice

I totally agree to choose a big company, especially for  graduates  . I feel strongly  for this way for two reasons which I will examine in this article.

First of all, Big company have established reputation which your resume will more striking than others. You can get more opportunities to get the company which you want.

Second , you can meet a lot of people which can help you to establish your social capital. It is very important to get a lot of friends in your work life. You can’t expect when you will meet the problem and who will help you. Keeping friendly with anyone which will give you the unexpecting results.

It is the best demonstration of my personal example. I choose the big company in my internship which I learned a lot of business skills and attitude. It is because I have experience in this company , I have priority get this company when I graduated.And I don’t worry that I can’t find the job when I graduated.I also made a lot of friends from the internship  which I learn a lot from them and we still contact them every month. It is the best experience in my student’s life.

Against this argument, some people say that start-up or small companies which will give one an opportunity to promote more easily. Also, you can learn different kinds of profession field which you can get a lot of different experiences.  You can more easily to find the interest which you want and more easily to change your work expertise .

Enjoying the work and Harding working are interesting topics where it is difficult to make a clear-cut decision as there are both pros and cons of each argument.As far as I am concerned , I totally agree with enjoying the work which can make the succession. I will examine the two reasons in this article.

First of all, Succession need someone to spend a lot of hard work, so you need to enjoy the moment when you are doing it.

Second, Once you love your work,you can find someone who is also interested in this topic .

And you are not alone when you are hard working.

It is the best example of my personal experience. When I chose my master degree paper topic, I just want to as soon as finished the final paper. I choose the topic which I am not interested in and even some articles which I don’t want to read . After I discuss my professor , he gave me the advice which I choose the topic I want to research so that I can enjoy the moment when I study. Although, it is my third years of my master degree, I don’t feel annoying . I enjoy my study and make a lot of friends who also like the topic which I am research.And I also thank my professor who gave the nice advice.

Against this argument, some people may say that keep doing and practicing are the key to get succession. It is because if you don’t have any pressure, you don’t grow up.

In conclusion, to my mind , it is an opinion that I completely agree that loving your work is the most important thing to get the succession.
