Tomorrow I have to travel to Lisbon because I have a meeting with my portuguese coworkers. The meeting will be extended whole day, so that means I will take the last plane to return to Madrid.

Thank you very much for your painting and for your congratulations on my marriage. I met my wife on a Christian website. That happened about two years ago. I used to travel to her city as often as I could, which was quite often, since at that time I could profit from low-cost flights departing from London. Later on, when I moved to Italy, she used to visit me here. I do not know if I have already told you this, but we got married in Moscow.

I read an article today for my Englich practice, and I don't understand the meaning of following sentence.

I have extensive experience in the use of microscopes. While pursuing my PhD thesis, I used microscopy to study the distribution of fluorescent dyes on solid matrices. After getting my PhD, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Spain, using microscopy to study the interactions between dyes and biomolecules. Later on, I moved to Ireland, where I worked as a researcher for two years. While in Ireland, I used fluorescence confocal microscopy to study the properties of both lipid bilayers and nanostructured materials.

I went from store to store looking for the things that we needed the most. The streets were completely deserted and littered with rubbish and supermarket carts. I stood in the middle of the street while newspapers flew under the fleeting sunlight and grey, empty skyscrapers were silhouetted against the increasingly reddish horizon. I realized how little time I had. I needed to return before the sunset. I ran to the nearest pharmacy and I threw as many antibiotics as I could find into my backpack.

When I decided to learn english I did it with a great entusiasm , one of my greatest motivation for learning english is I really like this language but aside from that , this is a universal language I've met people around the world and we 've could hold conversations thanks to I 'm a english learner , I ' ve talked with  people from Russia, Africa , Japan and other countries I never imagined , all of this was possible because of English .
