Good to hear from you too. I really had a good time in Barcelona! It's a great city and there're a lot of shops. I went with my older sister, Sophie. Our parents didn't come with us, therefore they gave us their credits cards. Well, we didn't waste it at all!!

I've changed my eat habit totally. I used to eat a junk foods every day, as a result I haven't felt good when I wake up in the morning. I decided to eat more vegetables, fruits and some meats. I don't know how effect to my body yet because I've tried just for two days now. It is important to been positive everyday, so I hope healthy foods will bring to me something!
The pie chart shows causes of worldwide land degradation in three regions of the world during the 1990s. Over grazing has the highest pro cent of causes affected to agricultural land throughout the period. Another two massive reasons why agricultural land becomes less productive such as over- cultivation and deforestation(28% and 30%). Minor causes have 7% of worldwide land degradation.
It's hard to create a topic to write about at the same time you have to write. As I know practice makes perfect, and use it or lost it. It's all about an exam after a few monthes need to be done perfectly. I think this paragraph like a person stand alone and doesn't know what's his own name. He can't communicate with others and no one can help him. What language does he speak and the interesting topics should be discussed. That person should say in general some personal interests that break the ice and keep it open.
