The soldier's spectre

During the early second half of the nineteenth century there was a bloody war called the war of the Triple Alliance. Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay joined their forces against a small country called Paraguay. The result was one of the biggest bloodbaths in the history of the American continent. Virtually all Paraguayan males above the age of nine were murdered and nearly all Paraguayan women were raped. Once I heard an interesting story which is related to this war. How this thing works?

Well, I have a question:  how to determine that someone has sent you a letter (I see no changes in the sidebar). So, pleace, send me a letter in order that I could see that the sidebar works (it didn't work in case if someone acceptes your friend request). Ou.. before sending me a letter you could read my blog (it's only two posts long - a young blog)) and write what do you think about my idea. Have a nice day.
