In my opinion, there is a close parallelism between Werther, from Goethe’s “The Sorrows of Young Werther”, and Florentino Ariza, from Garcia Marquez’s “Love in the time of cholera”.  Both of these characters love a woman that they can’t have and in both cases the woman that they love gets married to another man. However, Werther and Florentino face their problems in completely different ways: Werther kills himself, whereas Florentino perseveres and fights for the woman he loves.

I want to be fluent in English, so I decide to speak English only. I'm listning to news in English, speaking English, thinking in English, and so on.There are people who become fluent in Japanese for a year. So I can do it. Speaking of thinking in English, as I'm thinking about something, I use Japanese. It's bad? I should do English? I'm Japanese and I've never lived abroad, so I don't know hou to think in English. It's very difficult to be fluent in English. :(
