Today I'm going to be writing about something that happened in Colombia a couple of weeks ago. In the islands of San Andrés and Providencia which are located in the Caribbean sea, a category five hurricane, named Iota, hit those islands. This writing is about a traditional fair that is celebrated each year in my city, Medellín. The name of the fair is "the fair of flowers", and as the name indicates it is related with al kind of flowers. The name is due to the fact that Medellín is also named the city of eternal spring. The celebration usually is done in the month of August for a complete week.
