The cherry blossoms are in full bloom in my city. They are beautiful!
In Japan, schools start in April. That's why when Japanese people see cherry blossoms, they feel the start of the school year.

The chart shows that the number of women that undertook further education rose up between 1970 and 1990 in both full-time and part-time programs. While the number of men in part-time programs decrease, but in full-time, rose too.
