日本では、明治時代（1868～1912）に憲法の制定や国会の開設を求める自由民権運動が起こり、1889年に大日本帝国憲法が制定されました。しかしこの憲法では主権は天皇にあり、人権を尊重する近代憲法とはいえないものでした。現行の日本国憲法は、敗戦直後の1946年、アメリカの要請のもとに制定されました。主権は国民にあり、天皇は日本国の象徴であるとする象徴天皇制と、軍隊の保持や国の交戦権を認めない恒久平和主義が大きな特徴です。しかし、憲法は政治状況によって都合のいいように解釈され、現実には自衛隊という軍隊が存在するなどの矛盾を抱えており、憲法自体を見直そうとする動きも出始めています。

羽根つきは正月に女の子がするゲームで、バドミントンに似ています。羽子板という、美しい絵の描かれた木製のラケットを使って、羽根（羽を付けた小さな玉） を打ち合うのです。羽子板には、布で人物の絵を刺繍したものもあり、こちらは美しい置物として人気があります。 羽根つきには晴れ着を着て行い、打ち損じた人は顔を墨で一筆塗られるというルールもあります。

We are a brazilian family.

Soria is a province from the north of Spain, located in the east side of the 'Castilla y León' region. Soria is, by far, the less populated province, with less than 9 inhabitants/km². One of the fewer in the European Union. Soria has more than 500 population points, grouped into 183 townships. Almost half of them are towns of less than 100 dwellers. Only Almazán, El Burgo de Osma and Soria have more than 5.000 inhabitants.

Last weekend I went to run near my little town. On holiday we like to return there. I had been several weeks without going out so it was a bit hard for me, but I enjoy to push myself a bit. I arrived to the ancient ruins of Numancia, near the present city of Soria. I enjoy this place. Numancia was the last town to be put down in center Spain by the Romans. It was inhabited by the Arevacs, the strongest celtiberic tribe in Spain. Despite they were not warriors but humble sheperds, they contained roman's advance for twenty years.

My favourite dish to cook is nothing, I don't like cook and I don't know but I must to cook every days that is a problem for me because I only know three dish: pasta, soup and spanish omelette. When I'm boring to eat the same every days, I promise me that I will buy healthy food and I will cook each day, but the next day when I'm tired of working, I must to go to the super so I don't go and everything come back to begin.

ホオズキはナス科の多年生植物で、夏にはオレンジ色をした風船のような袋の中に、丸いさくらんぼのような実が熟します。日本の女の子たちは、その実をよくもみ、小さく開けた穴から柔らかくした果肉を出し、舌と歯に当てて笛にして、よく遊んだものです。毎年７月には、東京の浅草でほおずき市が開かれ、多くの人々が集まります。

日本には「鶴は千年、 亀は万年」ということわざがあり、鶴とともに亀は長寿の動物としてめでたいものとされています。古代中国と朝鮮が鶴と亀を長寿と繁栄の象徴としたのが日本に伝わり、今では日本人の生活に深く根差したものとなっています。琴や能などの日本の伝統芸能には、「鶴亀」という作品があり、これを祝辞の代わりに演じることもあります。
